Crafted by hand and born out of Irish heritage barley, well water and Irish oak, this Burren™ Irish Whiskey Single Malt Core Range is a rare revival of Ireland’s Uisce Beatha — “water of life.”

This single 70 cl bottle represents the best of Burren Irish Whiskey. Bottled at 45% ABV, this Sean Gael Single Malt is shaped by land, method, and time.

Our inaugural single malt expression, released in extremely limited quantities. A whiskey that celebrates the revival of Sean Gael distilling in the Burren — and something that will never be reproduced.

It is crafted by hand using heritage Irish barley, well water drawn from the Burren, and matured in Irish sessile oak.

Each 70 cl bottle is hand-numbered, presented in a gift box and accompanied by a 5 cl tasting sample of our core range. The special release offers both preservation and exploration — a whiskey made slowly, released deliberately, and available only in finite quantity.
